    high end boutique valance. 100% cotton. Measures 57 by 14. These are gathered like a Bedskirt so have a full ruffled look hanging. Hem is one inch of white eyelet. Beautiful roses spattered on a soft white background. There are 14 inch pink and white stripe ties to hang valances from your rod. There are seven pair of ties Valances are nicely gathered. In excellent condition. These really have the look of Rachel Ashwell Couture line. Picture 6 depicts rose color best. Picture of it hanging appears washed out poor lighting. But wanted to show how sweet they are hanging!
