Condition: Softcover double stapled bound booklet approximately 3.75" wide and 6.0" tall. The top center of the front cover is imprinted with an early rendition of the Nova Scotia coat of arms. Directly below the image are the words "Rules and Regulations Relating to the POLICE DEPARTMENT HALIFAX, N. S." and the date "1932". The back cover is blank. The manual has all its original 31 printed and stapled pages. The pages remain secured inside the soft covers and are in good condition with minor age toning. There are a few small handwritten pencil notations along the margins but no evidence of creases, tears and/or heavy dog eared corners. Overall, the pages remain in remarkably good clean condition. The aforementioned notwithstanding, the cover's bottom staple has pulled away from the internal pages. To that end, the cover remains attached but is being held on with the remaining single staple. The cover has what appears to be the name "KINGSMAN" or "KINGMAN" handwritten in cursive across the top.
