RARE - 2003 World of Disney Christmas Serving Bowl - MINT CONDITION
This RARE World of Disney Christmas Serving Bowl is from 2003 and has been in its box all these years!
It’s made of glossy, high-quality ceramic and although it is safe for serving food (and would make a fine centerpiece at your Christmas dinner table this year) it’s not dishwasher safe or microwave safe and requires hand-washing, like all fine serving ware. This gorgeously-detailed bowl is large (approximately 12.75” in diameter) and feels substantial. I’ve only opened this piece to inspect the piece and photograph it. This piece has never been displayed or used and comes from my clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. If you notice any small white dots in the photos, they're likely just bits of styrofoam from the packaging.
This piece is exploding with Disney characters and has a gorgeous, shiny gold rim! Pinocchio, Bambi, Jiminy Cricket, a dancing mushroom from Fantasia, the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, and Mickey himself celebrate the season as Tinkerbell hovers in the upper-right corner with a big smile.
This stunning bowl is retired with a limited number of examples in the hands of Disney collectors.
There are likely few of them left out there that are brand new and mint condition, like this one. Most of them are used and have faded paint due to light exposure and/or other issues. Not this one. It’s been in the dark for 17 years!
ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING
I've received a few requests to combine shipping when people have purchased multiple items from me, however I'm unable to do so for the following reasons:
1) In order to list items with calculated shipping (as is the case with this item) I had to package each item for shipping and then measure and weigh the package before I listed the item. So this piece is already boxed for shipping by itself.
2) Most of the Disney collectibles I'm selling from my collection are fragile and placing more than one of them in a package will put them at risk for breakage during shipping.
So please understand that I can't offer combined shipping because of the above reasons.
