    What we have here is a vintage 6 1/2" tall glass stein with a pewter lid that has a porcelain insert that says "City Hall Buffet". I couldn't locate where this was, but odds are, it was in Chicago. These Steins were popular with establishments in the Prohibition times or earlier. No chips or cracks.
